Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 0630-1830 and 1830-0630, every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
Titrate drips and manage complex medical equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs and delegate tasks effectively
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education and training

Qualifications

2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and strong critical thinking skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
ICU nursing experience
Telemetry interpretation and ventilator management
