Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6 hours each, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in the OR for pediatric patients
- Assist in surgical procedures with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain sterile environments and highest safety standards
- Advocate for young patients during critical moments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington
- OR experience, especially with pediatrics
- BLS and PALS certifications preferred
- Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced surgical setting
Education
- Nursing degree from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in pediatric surgical nursing
- Proficiency with OR equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail under pressure
