Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients quickly and accurately to prioritize care based on acuity
• Perform thorough assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatment options, medications, and follow-up care
• Respond rapidly to emergencies and stabilize critically ill or injured patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Emergency department or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of emergency nursing best practices and protocols
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
