Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients quickly and efficiently to prioritize care
• Collaborate with the ED team to stabilize and treat urgent conditions
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with physicians
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Respond rapidly to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
• One or more years of ED/ER experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
