Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, schedule deferred; 8, 10, or 16-hour shift options. Exact days and start/end times to be confirmed by facility.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a high-acuity Level 1 trauma center
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients arriving in the Emergency Care Center
- Administer medications, treatments, and resuscitative interventions per protocol
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers
- Respond rapidly to life-threatening conditions and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 4+ years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency department experience
- Active, unencumbered RN license (or credentialing in process)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- TNCC and ENPC certification preferred
- Level 1 trauma and large facility experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume emergency setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert clinical judgment in emergency nursing
- Skill in managing adult and pediatric emergencies
- Experience with trauma resuscitation and stabilization
- Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking
- Clear communication during high-pressure situations
- Understanding of emergency department workflows and protocols
