Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology procedures including X-rays with precision and care
• Position patients appropriately and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to capture optimal images for accurate diagnosis
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, troubleshooting and reporting any issues promptly
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, colleagues, and yourself
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper image documentation

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• Current Oregon state radiologic technologist licensure or ability to obtain
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
• Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS
• Strong attention to detail and radiation safety practices
• Compassionate bedside manner with pediatric patients
• Ability to adapt to varying shift needs and patient volumes
