Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays
• Prepare and position patients for imaging while ensuring their comfort and safety
• Operate radiology equipment following established protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate imaging results
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Adhere to radiation safety measures to protect patients, staff, and yourself

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT certification (or registry-eligible)
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Previous experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging is preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of radiology equipment and imaging techniques
• Strong attention to detail for accurate imaging and documentation
• Understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills to reassure and assist patients
• Ability to adapt to varying workloads and patient needs
