Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety through proper positioning, shielding, and radiation safety practices
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, troubleshooting issues when needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality imaging results
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Active Missouri state licensure (or eligibility) in Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification (CPR) from AHA or equivalent
• Previous experience in diagnostic radiology preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
• Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS
• Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
