Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion
• Position patients safely and provide clear instructions for optimal imaging results
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to ensure reliable performance
• Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records for every procedure
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota state licensure or eligibility to obtain one
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting preferred
• A caring, patient-first attitude with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of radiologic positioning and imaging techniques
• Proficiency with digital radiography and PACS systems
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work independently while being a great team player
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to patient interaction and care
