Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographs as ordered by physicians
• Position patients accurately and select proper technical factors
• Follow radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate imaging results

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (R) certification required
• Active Minnesota State Radiologic Technologist license required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced per diem environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in digital radiography and PACS
• Solid understanding of anatomy, positioning, and imaging techniques
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control standards
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
