Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with compassion and precision
• Position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images
• Ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and yourself
• Operate radiologic equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Assist radiologists during procedures and image interpretation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records

Qualifications

• ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current Missouri state license or eligible to obtain one
• BLS certification required
• Experience in diagnostic imaging preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, professional attitude with a focus on patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of radiology equipment and imaging techniques
• Understanding of radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
• Excellent patient positioning and handling skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records and imaging systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient volumes and priorities
