Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion
• Position patients for optimal imaging while ensuring their safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain radiography equipment according to established protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Follow radiation safety standards to protect patients, staff, and yourself

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• Missouri state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience as a Rad Tech in a hospital or clinic preferred
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Knowledge of radiation safety and quality control standards
• Ability to operate digital radiography systems
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient advocacy
