Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care
• Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to produce clear, accurate images
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to support patient diagnosis
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and image documentation
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification required
• Active Missouri Radiologic Technologist license (or able to obtain before start)
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience as a Rad Tech preferred, new grads considered
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of radiologic positioning and imaging techniques
• Proficiency in operating X-ray and diagnostic imaging equipment
• Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to various workflows and facility needs
