Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols
• Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during imaging
• Operate radiology equipment and troubleshoot as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper image documentation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Radiologic Technologist license or certification
• ARRT certification preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in diagnostic radiology is a plus
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of radiology equipment and radiation safety protocols
• Skill in patient positioning and immobilization techniques
• Understanding of human anatomy and imaging procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfort with electronic medical records and PACS systems
