Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized rehab plans
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Track progress and adjust therapies to maximize patient outcomes
Contribute to a healing environment at a top-notch hospital

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
BLS certification
Strong passion for patient-centered care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced travel role

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Patient assessment and care planning
Effective communication with patients and teams
Familiarity with electronic health records
