Location: Hilo, Hawaii

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, scheduled 36 hours per week following orientation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float seamlessly between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units delivering top-notch patient care
Master equipment like Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes to make a real difference
Respond dynamically to unit needs while maintaining exceptional standards
Collaborate with diverse teams to support healing in a vibrant hospital setting

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required by start date
BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory, PALS and others preferred
2-10 years of nursing experience to hit the ground running

Education

RN licensure with Hawaii state approval

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech EMR, Pyxis medication system, wound vac, and chest tubes
Comfortable floating across medical, Laulima surgical acute, and cardiovascular units
