Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to geriatric and swing bed patients making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor telemetry for acute care patients ensuring timely interventions
Manage wound care with precision and expertise
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a 24-bed unit providing concierge-level service to an affluent community
Utilize Cerner documentation to track patient progress seamlessly

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required, ACLS and CPI preferred
Experience in geriatric care or inpatient rehab
Comfortable with patient ratios of 6-7:1 in a fast-paced acute care setting

Telemetry monitoring proficiency

Geriatric patient care specialization
Standard med/surg equipment handling
Teamwork in high-culture environments
