Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6 hours each, variable days

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
Assist surgeons during procedures to ensure smooth operations
Maintain sterile fields to protect patient safety
Anticipate needs and support the surgical team seamlessly

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist
Current BLS certification
Washington state credentials if required
Experience in surgical settings preferred

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterilization
Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques
Excellent attention to detail under pressure
Team player with calm demeanor in fast-paced OR
