Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5x8s, 40 hours/week)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct gross motor assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to adults and adolescents
- Manage cases and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Utilize NextGen EMR system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Active state licensure
- BLS/BCLS certification
Education
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques
- Orthopedic knowledge
- Gross motor assessment skills
- Case management experience
- NextGen EMR system proficiency
