Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4-10's, alternating weekdays, 40 hours per week

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and craft personalized treatment plans for diverse diagnoses
Boost patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs
Help shorten wait times and improve access to vital rehab services at a growing facility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure through DORA or compact privilege for Colorado
At least two years of PT experience (3-5 years preferred)
BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Education

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient physical therapy
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Educating on home exercise programs
