Location: Redwood City, California

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts, including 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday with potential weekend shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
Work with patients who have a variety of diagnoses, including ortho, total joints, ICU, ventilated patients, medsurg, oncology, and cardiology
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct therapy sessions for patients in ICU and other units

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 2 years of experience in acute care physical therapy
Experience with Cerner EMR
Strong clinical skills in physical therapy, particularly in ortho, total joints, and ICU

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and evaluation
Treatment planning and implementation
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
