Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pediatric excellence

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Experience in pediatrics or hospital setting strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient assessment
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate treatment plans
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
