Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with orthopedic, neuromuscular, and developmental conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help children reach their full potential
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in pediatrics preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones
• Experience with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
