Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children reach their goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize each patient's recovery
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in Washington State
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work on a per diem, as-needed basis
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children and families
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
• Knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation, developmental milestones, and therapeutic techniques
• Detail-oriented documentation and excellent time management
