Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients
• Evaluate each patient's functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in an outpatient or hospital-based setting is preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their goals

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of current physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Ability to develop and modify individualized care plans
• Skilled in patient education and motivational interviewing
• Proficient with electronic health records and documentation
• Excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Adaptable and quick-thinking in a dynamic clinical environment
