Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, individualized physical therapy services to pediatric patients
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment that supports healing and growth

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• New graduates encouraged to apply; experience in pediatric or hospital settings is a plus
• Ability to work per diem shifts with a flexible schedule
• Strong commitment to providing family-centered care

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to diverse patient needs
