Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and developmental conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and modify treatments to achieve the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for healing

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, but we welcome passionate new graduates
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Evidence-based evaluation and treatment planning
• Manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and conditions
• Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
