Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Oregon
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome to apply
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
• Skill in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Excellent patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
