Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, no guaranteed hours; schedule varies based on availability and department needs.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, helping them regain function and mobility
- Develop personalized treatment plans and adapt interventions based on each patient's unique goals and progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress at home
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or active compact license if applicable)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- New graduates welcome; prior experience in pediatric or outpatient rehab a plus
- Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with patients and families
- Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Collaborative team player with a patient-centered mindset
