Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, helping them regain function and mobility
• Develop personalized treatment plans and adapt interventions based on each patient's unique goals and progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress at home
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or active compact license if applicable)
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• New graduates welcome; prior experience in pediatric or outpatient rehab a plus
• Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with patients and families
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Collaborative team player with a patient-centered mindset
