Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
• Prior rehab or hospital experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Understanding of rehabilitation principles and best practices
• Ability to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
