Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Experience with pediatric or outpatient rehab is a plus

• Ability to work independently while being a great team player
• Patience and creativity in working with children
