Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
Conduct evaluations and progress assessments
Provide education and training to patients and families

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist licensure
2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy
BLS certification
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and evaluation
Treatment planning and implementation
Communication and interpersonal skills
EMR system proficiency
