Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries impacting mobility and independence
Deliver specialized outpatient rehab including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, balance, and extremity care
Help patients regain strength and functional independence through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Travel between points of care to provide top-notch rehabilitation services

Qualifications

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sports and orthopedic rehab
Skills in pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, dizziness, and wheelchair seating rehab
Proficiency in neck, back, and extremity care
Strong patient evaluation and treatment abilities
