Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients
- Manage and document patient progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Current CO PT License or Compact
- BLS AHA certification
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably in a small community setting
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Communication and interpersonal skills
