Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to restore patient mobility and independence
Balance inpatient and outpatient caseloads with skill and compassion
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized recovery plans
Inspire patients through motivation and expert guidance on their healing journey
Adapt to variable schedules while maintaining top-tier care standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
California licensure or ability to obtain quickly
BLS certification preferred

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
Graduate of accredited PT program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong inpatient rehabilitation techniques
Outpatient therapy expertise for diverse patient needs
Patient-centered communication and empathy
Adaptability to variable schedules and workloads
