Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Conduct start of care assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform recertifications and resumption of care visits as needed
- Complete approximately 6.5 points per day including regular visits and admissions
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and fellow therapists for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress using OASIS standards and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Current ND Physical Therapy License required
- BLS certification required
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
- Home Health experience preferred with OASIS training
- First time travelers welcome to apply

- Physical Therapy expertise in home health settings
- OASIS documentation proficiency
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the care team
