Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 40 hours/week, flexible schedule between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, weekends as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred experience with Epic systems

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
