Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with potential for occasional weekend on-call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with various conditions (developmental delay, autism, torticollis, ortho)
Provide high-quality physical therapy services in outpatient and potential inpatient settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Document patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in department-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

Current CO PT license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Some pediatric experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Pediatric physical therapy experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and treat patients with various conditions
