Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care
Assist geriatric residents in enhancing mobility and daily function
Implement therapeutic exercises to boost quality of life
Foster a compassionate, home-like atmosphere for patients
Monitor progress and celebrate meaningful improvements

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Compassionate demeanor for geriatric care
Reliability in a close-knit team setting

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current PTA licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PTA therapeutic techniques
Patient-centered care approach
Strong communication with residents and team
Mobility and function improvement expertise
