Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical and cardiac patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families for smoother recoveries
Champion safety and quality in every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent experience in MS or Cardio units
Completed Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for cardiac patients
Proficiency in medical-surgical protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork
Competency in handling high-acuity cases
