Shift Type: Per diem, as needed, Phlebotomy (Phleb) shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and specimen collections with skill and compassion
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of samples
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
- Current phlebotomy certification (or equivalent training) required
- Experience with venipuncture and specimen collection preferred
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and best practices
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Familiarity with electronic health records and specimen labeling systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
