Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet patient goals.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric PT modalities.
• Ability to use electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
