Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Assess and monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Respond quickly and adapt to changing patient needs

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility
• BLS certification required; advanced certifications a plus
• Prior pediatric or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong documentation and EHR skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
