Shift Type: Flexible 12.5-hour shifts, as needed (per diem)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
- Assess and monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Document patient care accurately and promptly
- Respond quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility
- BLS certification required; advanced certifications a plus
- Prior pediatric or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- A genuine passion for patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong documentation and EHR skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
