Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and support to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to create individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient respiratory status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility safety standards
• Adapt quickly to varying unit needs and patient populations

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license (or ability to obtain one)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
• At least one year of recent respiratory therapy experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible 12.5-hour shifts as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
