Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in pediatric or hospital settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
• Ability to assess patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
