Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: As needed per diem shifts; days and times vary based on department needs.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or rehab setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Understanding of patient care documentation standards
- Skill in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
