Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: SPT shift, 8.5 hours per shift; per diem with flexible scheduling based on coverage needs
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other care team members
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to support progress
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
Qualifications
- Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a per diem capacity
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Skill in developing engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
