Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, family-centered physical therapy to pediatric patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of children of all ages

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification required
• Previous pediatric experience preferred
• A genuine passion for improving children's lives
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Creative problem-solving to engage young patients
