Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8.5 hours, as needed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care in a pediatric setting
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in pediatric care preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Ability to assess and document patient progress
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
