Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered physical therapy services to pediatric patients
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children reach their milestones
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or active application)
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• BLS certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate care
• Skill in adapting therapeutic activities to diverse patient needs
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
